What we distribute
Everything on the site is physically in our warehouse in Staten Island. We don't list product we don't have.
Rx Generics
The generics you fill every day: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, antibiotics, mental health, pain. Each listing shows the lot's expiration date.
OTC Medications
Pain relievers, cough and cold, allergy, stomach, first aid. Case sizes that make sense for one store.
Diabetic Supplies
Test strips, meters, lancets and the other supplies your diabetic patients come in for.

What we do differently
We bought from wholesalers for years before we became one. These are the things that used to annoy us.
You see the dating before you order
The expiration date of the lot that will ship is on the listing. If it's short-dated, it says so and it's priced like it.
Licensed in your state
We hold a wholesale license or registration in every state we ship to, and we check your pharmacy license before the first order goes out.
You reach a person
One phone number. The person who answers can look at your account, fix the problem and call you back. Often that person is Omar or Khaled.
We buy from manufacturers and authorized distributors
Not from other secondaries, not from pharmacy buy-backs. If we can't show where a product has been, we don't carry it.
The paperwork is already in the box
T3 transaction data ships with every order, so your records are complete when the tote arrives.
No contracts, no minimum commitment
Use us for the items where we beat your primary. Stop whenever you want. There's nothing to sign and nothing to hit.

Getting started
Apply online
Takes about five minutes. We need your pharmacy license, DEA registration and a few details about the store.
We check your license
One of us verifies it with your state board. Usually done the same or next business day.
Order when we're cheaper
Search by name or NDC, compare against your primary, order what makes sense. In by 4pm ET, out the same day.
We ran a pharmacy for years and bought from wholesalers we didn't trust. We started Empire Rx to be the one we wished we'd had.

Common questions
Who can order from Empire Rx?
Licensed pharmacies and other licensed healthcare providers. We check your state license and DEA registration before the first order. We don't sell to the public.
Is there an order minimum?
Not in New York. Everywhere else, free UPS Ground starts at $200, 2nd Day Air at $300 and Next Day Air at $500.
How do payments work?
You get invoiced on your account terms, like Net 30. No card needed at checkout.
How fast do orders ship?
Order by 4pm ET and it leaves the same business day. Refrigerated items go Next Day Air in cold-chain packaging.
What about short-dated or expired product?
Short-dated stock is labeled with its date and discounted. Expired product can't be sold on the site at all. The system won't let us.
Can I return products?
Yes. Unopened, in-date product within 14 days of delivery, after you get a return authorization from us. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
