Who can order from Empire Rx?
Licensed pharmacies. We verify your state license before your first shipment, and DEA registration if you order controls.
Is there an order minimum?
Shipping is free on every order. UPS Ground requires a $200 minimum, 2nd Day Air $300, and Next Day Air $500.
How do payments work?
House charge on your account's terms (e.g. Net 30) — invoiced, no credit card required at checkout.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed by 4pm ET ship the same business day. Refrigerated items ship next-day in validated cold-chain packaging.
What about short-dated or expired product?
Short-dated deals are clearly labeled with their dating and deeply discounted. Expired product is never sold — our system blocks it automatically.
Can I return products?
Yes — in-date, unopened returns with prior authorization within 14 days of receipt. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
